David Stringer

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

BSN, RN, VA-BC, CEN, PHN

David is a Registered Nurse, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Precision Access. He has a passion for high-quality vascular access services and improving patient/customer experience. In his early career, he joined the United States Army Reserve as a combat medic and graduated from the U.S. Army Academy of Health Sciences as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). David later received his Associate Degree in Registered Nursing (ADN) from Normandale Community College in 2017 (High Honors), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Rasmussen College in 2018 (Suma Cum Laude), and is a current student at St Cloud State University Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in management and leadership program. He has spent over 12 years working as a professional nurse in a variety of settings, such as on a Vascular Access Team, Emergency Room, Urgent care, and an in-patient vascular unit. Additionally, David has been serving in the United States Army Reserve for over 14 years, most recently as a Field Hospital Emergency Room Trauma Nurse.  He is Vascular Access Board Certified (VA-BC™), a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), and a certified Public Health Nurse (PHN).

Ike Kim

Chief Operating Officer

Ike Kim is a highly accomplished healthcare leader, vascular access specialist, and Army Reserve officer with extensive experience in critical care, emergency response, and clinical operations. He combines frontline clinical expertise with strategic execution, leading complex initiatives that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and staff capability in high-acuity environments.

As Chief Operating Officer for Precision Access, Ike leads the design and implementation of specialized vascular access programs, mobile clinical services, and hands-on education for healthcare organizations. His work focuses on ultrasound-guided IV therapy, PICC and midline placement, competency development, and system-level solutions that address access delays, skill gaps, and workflow inefficiencies across inpatient and emergency settings.

Ike holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Summa Cum Laude) from Metropolitan State University and an Associate of Science in Nursing (High Honors) from Normandale Community College. He is board-certified in Critical Care (CCRN) and Vascular Access (VA-BC), with advanced proficiency in ultrasound-guided procedures, complex medication administration, and hemodynamic monitoring.

In parallel with his civilian career, Ike serves in the Army Reserves, where he previously held command responsibility overseeing multidisciplinary medical operations, strategic mission planning, and accountability for more than $1 million in assets. His leadership includes developing emergency response protocols, training combat medics, and executing high-stakes medical operations in demanding environments.

Recognized for decisive leadership, operational excellence, and a patient-centered approach, Ike excels at bridging clinical practice and systems thinking. Driving innovation, optimizing care delivery, and leading cross-functional teams under pressure.
